Yes. VX Suite interfaces with existing systems through a documented API layer rather than replacing them. The platform handles network provisioning and subscriber management at the operations layer. Your CRM, billing and compliance tools continue as-is.
How long does it take to onboard a newly acquired network?
The abstraction approach means onboarding is primarily a data mapping exercise, not a custom integration project. Timelines depend on network complexity but compress significantly versus bespoke integration, which typically runs three to twelve months.
Does the platform handle US compliance requirements like Lawful Intercept and DCMA?
Yes. The API layer is designed to interface with compliance frameworks relevant to North American markets, including Lawful Intercept and DCMA workflows, handled at the integration layer without modifying your internal compliance processes.
Is this relevant before we have made our first acquisition?
Yes. ISPs planning an acquisition or wholesale partnership benefit from deploying a multi-network-ready platform before the first deal closes. Retrofitting operational unification onto an existing multi-network portfolio is significantly more complex and costly.
