Strong governance is crucial to our success and integrity. We ensure this by:

●To ensure that our governing board are regularly informed of any arising ESG and climate related risks and opportunities via quarterly board meetings.
●Implementing robust cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols to safeguard our systems and customer information. We continuously monitor and update our security practices to counteract evolving threats and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
●Proactively identifying and mitigating risks related to ESG factors to protect our business and stakeholders.
●Adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards, and promoting a culture of integrity.

REPORTING ON OUR ESG PERFORMANCE IN 2024

GRESB is an independent organization that provides validated ESG performance data and peer benchmarks for investors and managers. Every year, GRESB collects, validates, scores, and independently benchmarks ESG data, enabling investors and managers to evaluate ESG performance.

The Infrastructure Asset Assessment evaluates ESG performance at the asset level for infrastructure operators, fund managers, and direct investors in infrastructure — offering high-quality ESG data and analytical tools to benchmark performance, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate investor engagement.
